It's hard to hide that I'm a deep soul with a dash of sarcasm. Personal development work is hard enough, so infusing fun and lightheartedness is what we're all about!
The topics of each episode are the personal development that I am currently working on, what I'm learning about, or lessons I'm learning making the conversations raw, vulnerable, real. Always.
I kept the side of myself that loved self help hidden for years because I was ashamed of it. Once I finally started to embrace the side of me that loved spirituality and self help, I made it my mission to inspire others to learn who they are, and to create a community of people looking to grow so I felt less alone. My goal to share what I'm learning in my real life to inspire you to learn, grow, and evolve into the best version of yourself. I'm here to make you feel less alone on your self discovery journey and hope to constantly remind you that you can be a hot mess and still be perfect (sort of like a burrito).

We’ve been conditioned to think that changing our minds is a negative, but it doesn’t always have to be! We are allowed to give ourselves permission to change directions. In any, and all areas of our life. It’s just that we’ve been conditioned to think that change is a negative.
