This is how we're able to rewrite the beliefs, programming, and associations that are blocking you from creating the changes you want to make.

By putting the client into a state of deep relaxation, and creating a safe, soothing environment for the subconscious mind, we can access buried memories and unconscious patterns that the client is not even aware of it. It's important to note that buried memories and unconscious patterns will only be brought to light when the client is ready to look at them. They stay buried as the mind's protective mechanism if the memories are still too painful for the client to handle. In these cases, we work with the client to build up their self esteem, regulate their nervous system, and introduce healthy coping mechanisms so that when the memory is ready to appear, the client can safely, and confidently handle it and heal from it.
My approach to wellness is comprehensive and integrative. I take into account your mind, body, and spirit when creating a plan for you, and implement that plan using a specific blend of tools that I think would work best based on your preferences, life experiences, and presenting issues. This is a do-with process, not a do-to process. Whether it's using therapeutic imagery, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique, Mental and Emotional Release, Past Life Regression Therapy, or Reiki, together we will discuss what techniques may be effective for your issues and how each one will be beneficial for your success. This ensures that you are getting the best possible care, that all areas of your life are being addressed, and you're receiving the most effective healing for you.
Loving My Wild was founded in 2020 by Adreanna Santos. She started Loving My Wild in the heart of Covid as a blog to document her healing journey after ending her engagement. Through her healing journey, she came across the power of the subconscious mind and neuroplasticity that catapulted her into deeper self love and a life she loved.
While writing and sharing was therapeutic, she quickly realized she wanted to do more to help people create change in their life. After taking an entire year to decide if she was brave enough to switch careers, she finally took the leap and enrolled in the College of Hypnotherapy to learn how to use hypnosis to access and rewire the subconscious mind. While in school, she worked on Loving My Wild outside of her full time job to get it ready for the world.
In June 2023, Adreanna was officially certified as a Certified Hypnotherapist. She is now passionate about helping her clients create lasting change in their life.
