It’s a way to check in on yourself when you’re doing all the “right” things but still not quite feeling the way you want. If that sounds familiar, you’re definitely not alone.

True, holistic well-being isn’t about fancy beauty masks and expensive gym classes—it’s about living a life that feels like it fits you, and trusting you can continue to feel good even when things get bumpy.

This well-being questionnaire is here to help you see where things might feel out of alignment. It’s a guided check-in that’ll gently help you notice which areas feel balanced and where you might want to make some changes.

  • Do I find myself craving more positive feelings but not sure where to find them?

What’s it all about?

While happiness can come and go, meaning is what grounds us. It gives us our "why." It’s about making sense of our lives and our place in the world. It’s not just about the day-to-day tasks we perform, but how those tasks fit into a larger story. 

Meaning provides coherence and significance, helping us see how our actions contribute to something greater.

When we feel that our actions have a purpose, it lights a fire inside us! It helps us stay motivated and connected to what really matters. So, whether it’s volunteering, supporting a friend, or simply doing something you love, finding meaning can enrich your life in ways you might not even realize.

When our goals connect with our deeper values, they feel more significant and satisfying. So, whether it’s a small step or a big leap, remember that your accomplishments can fill your life with purpose and pride!
