You can’t seem to grasp onto the happiness and excitement, it’s like it’s always fleeting. And you can’t understand why you just can’t be happy and content all the time, why you have to have moments where you just feel bored and like something is missing, you don’t feel complete.
And I don’t mean to be blunt buttttt you my friend, are suffering from having low self worth.
I know that’s scary to hear, but I can only say that because I was there too! For 27 years. But I found my way out by doing the subconscious work on myself.
By looking at my limiting beliefs and healing them so that they stopped controlling the way I felt about myself, the way I talked about myself, and the way that I was acting in my life. I am so, so, so passionate about this topic because I have experienced first hand how subconscious work can change your life.
Doing the subconscious work has been an absolute game changer for me, so much so I spent a decent amount of time angry that people weren’t talking about this enough. Like how are there so many people suffering from their thoughts, when there is a way out. And 90% of society doesn’t know about it? How could that be?

What Are Limiting Beliefs?
Limiting beliefs are ideas about ourselves and our abilities that we have come to accept as truth, even if they aren’t necessarily true. These beliefs can be so deeply ingrained in our subconscious minds that we don’t even realize they exist until we start to challenge them.
Common examples of limiting beliefs include “I’m not good enough,” “I will never be successful,” or “I don’t deserve love.”
These beliefs can manifest themselves in a variety of ways. They can cause us to stay in unhealthy relationships or avoid taking risks because we are afraid of failure. They can also stop us from pursuing our dreams or speaking up for ourselves when we need to most.
In short, these beliefs can keep us trapped in cycles of self-doubt and insecurity.

How Can I Heal My Limiting Beliefs?
The first step to healing your limiting beliefs is to recognize them for what they are – false narratives that have been perpetuated by external sources.
Once you can recognize these beliefs for what they are, it will be easier for you to start challenging them. Start by writing down all the negative thoughts that pop into your head throughout the day – these are likely some of the limiting beliefs that have been living in your subconscious without your knowledge.
Once they’re written down, challenge each one with evidence that disproves it. For example, if one of your negative thoughts is “I am not capable of achieving my goals” write down a list of evidence showing why this isn’t true – things like past successes or awards won or even just simple compliments from friends and family members can help dispel this thought.
The next step is to start replacing these negative thoughts with positive ones. Make sure to focus on affirmations about yourself rather than general statements about life (e.g., instead of “good things happen to good people” say “I am worthy of all the good things in life”).
Practice repeating these affirmations out loud several times per day until eventually they become ingrained in your subconscious mind and replace those old limiting beliefs with new empowering ones!
