If you are anything like I was, you might be experiencing just a lull in life. Mundane, and maybe a little boring. You just feel blah. It sucks because that blah can make you feel like you lack motivation, and just have a “fuck it” attitude. Almost like you’re stuck in a trap where you know there’s gotta be more, this can’t be all life is right? Maybe like there is just this constant lull in life, even when things are going great, that happiness doesn’t last. You can’t seem to grasp onto the happiness and excitement, it’s like it’s always fleeting. And you can’t understand why you just can’t be happy and content all the time, why you have to have moments where you just feel bored and like something is missing, you don’t feel complete.
And I don’t mean to be blunt buttttt you my friend, are suffering from having low self worth.
I know that’s scary to hear, but I can only say that because I was there too! For 27 years. But I found my way out by doing the subconscious work on myself.
By looking at my limiting beliefs and healing them so that they stopped controlling the way I felt about myself, the way I talked about myself, and the way that I was acting in my life. I am so, so, so passionate about this topic because I have experienced first hand how subconscious work can change your life.
Doing the subconscious work has been an absolute game changer for me, so much so I spent a decent amount of time angry that people weren’t talking about this enough. Like how are there so many people suffering from their thoughts, when there is a way out. And 90% of society doesn’t know about it? How could that be?
This episode shines a light on something I know can change the way you feel about yourself, and therefore, can change your life. Healing the limiting beliefs that are living in your subconscious.
