After my engagement ended, I had big dreams of traveling. The only problem was… there were a handful of fears, obstacles, and limiting beliefs that I had to overcome to live a lifestyle that I wanted.
You see the beautiful pictures of my travels online, but what you don’t see is how I have to find that bravery.
So in this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of the conditioning I had to overcome to go from rarely traveling to solo traveling. I share how I overcame my fears, my #fails during my trips (it’s not all glamorous!), and encouragement and tips you need to start solo traveling yourself.

This episode shines a light on something I know can change the way you feel about yourself, and therefore, can change your life. Healing the limiting beliefs that are living in your subconscious. By looking at my limiting beliefs and healing them, they stopped controlling the way I felt about myself, the way I talked about myself, and the way that I was acting in my life. I have experienced first hand how subconscious work can change your life. Doing the subconscious work has been an absolute game changer for me, so much so I spent a decent amount of time angry that people weren’t talking about this enough. Like how are there so many people suffering from their thoughts, when there is a way out. And 90% of society doesn’t know about it? How could that be?
